Ballot Revision
I just learned that the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in "U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton (93-1456), 514 U.S. 779 (1995)" prevents ANY state from imposing term limits on their own US Senators and Representatives. I was unaware of this decision, as I was out of the country during that time.
However, we still need a way to combat the "career politicians" in DC.
Would it be possible to revise election ballots to include the number of terms each incumbent has already served, especially since we already include their political affiliations?
