Vote By Mail

Any properly registered voter in Illinois may vote by mail ballot for any reason.  You do not have to be out of town on Election Day to vote by mail.

The first step is to request a mail-in ballot. You must do this no later than March 2, 2020.  The County Clerk will then mail your ballot to you when the ballots are ready or within a few dates of your request whichever comes first. You then must fill out your ballot and return it (postmarked no later than March 17) to the Clerk according to the Clerk's instructions.
